The eurolaser XL-1600 is a precise CO₂ laser cutting system for large-format processing of sheet and film materials. With a working area of up to 2,270 x 1,600 mm, it is ideally suited for applications in the advertising and printing industry such as acrylic displays, POS products, printed plastic sheets or carton board.

The integrated shuttle table significantly increases productivity: while cutting takes place on one side, the other side can be loaded or unloaded in parallel. This minimises downtime and enables continuous production workflows.

Contactless laser processing ensures clean, smooth cutting edges without tool wear. Even fine contours and delicate details are cut with high precision, regardless of material thickness or composition.

The optional POSITION+ professional camera system automatically detects registration marks, contours or patterns, enabling precise processing of printed materials. For special applications, the shuttle table system also allows backlighting: using light–dark contrast, internal components in translucent, multi-layered or laminated materials can be made visible and accurately taken into account during cutting.
