Q-Cut Cutting Table – High-Performance Precision at Industrial Level

The Q-Cut is a premium-class cutting table designed for maximum productivity. With cutting speeds of up to 1.5 m/s and an intelligent Z-axis control system, tool movements are minimized, significantly increasing cutting throughput.

Equipped with a high-precision CCD camera, the Q-Cut automatically detects media position on the cutting bed. This ensures precise alignment and automatically compensates for print distortions or deformations.

Cutting depth is precisely controlled through an automatic knife initialization system, guaranteeing accurate results across various materials.

To meet industrial production requirements, users can choose between three tool heads: a standard cutting head, a head for creasing and die-cutting, and a high-power milling head with up to 3.6 kW output. The Q-Cut also features an automated tool change system.

Optionally, the table can be configured with two cutting systems, drastically reducing production times.

Thanks to its intelligent feed system, automatic loading and unloading are fully supported.

The table is built from aerospace-grade aluminum honeycomb panels, allowing free air circulation within the structure. This advanced design makes the Q-Cut resistant to thermal effects and warping, ensuring flatness and stability—even at large dimensions.
